Exchange Policy

Please choose your items carefully. We understand, however that it may be necessary to exchange your item once you have received it for various reasons. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it for another item within 15 days from the date of purchase. There are NO REFUNDS on items purchased through ShopbyVIP.com or myVIPmag.us A partial return of monies may be possible in conjunction with refund for amounts less than $5.00 if required in association with an exchange only. All exchanges or refunds if applicable are subject to availability and are at the sole discretion of the business owner or manger.

Steps to Exchange your item(s) via this site: Please note items must be in original condition and in their original packaging. Items not in their original condition or packaging will not be accepted for exchange.

Regular Exchange

  1. Contact us via our contact form shopbyvip.com/shipping-and-exchanges.  Please clearly state the reason as Exchange Requested. You may also email us at customerservice@shopbyvip.com You will receive an exchange form via email within 1 business day.

2.      Completely fill out the exchange form and email it back per the instructions on the form to receive your pre-paid return shipping label. Follow the instructions on the form for shipping items back to our facility.

3.     Once the item(s) are received by our facility, your new items will ship directly to you as requested on the exchange form. Please note that we do not refund original shipping and handling charges and new shipping and handling charges as well as return shipping and handling charges may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

****Orders placed and payment made via Paypal that request an exchange, Tees Matter will need to contact you for your billing information in order to process your exchange request.

***If you do not wish to use our return shipping label, please return your item directly to the address listed on the return label.

Rush

1.     If you wish to make a rush exchange to ensure the availability of your item, we suggest that you purchase the new item(s) directly on our website.

2.     Contact us via our contact form shopbyvip.com/shipping-and-exchanges and clearly state the reason as Rush Exchange Requested. You may also email us at customerservice@shopbyvip.com You will receive an exchange form via email within 1 business day.

3.     Completely fill out the form and email it back per the instructions on the form to receive your pre-paid return shipping label. Follow the instructions on the form for shipping items back to our facility.

4.     Once the item(s) are received by our facility and processed, the original purchase will be refunded to the same payment method as used in the original transaction. If a credit card refund is issued, it may take up to 1 to 2 billing cycles for the refund transactions to appear on your credit card statement as each bank’s processing time may vary. One last thing-Standard Shipping is complimentary for Rush Exchange items, so the initial shipping charge will also be refunded, but additional shipping charges that may be incurred for returned item(s) are not refundable.
